Cancellation Policy

Perfectly Pretty understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. If you have a coupon or “Groupon” and no call no show it will be redeemed to cover the cost of missed appointment. All other refunds will be minus transaction fees.
